Director of JACE Ability
A Little About Me:
Hi, I'm Julie! I'm the proud Director of JACE Ability, and helping people with disabilities has always been something incredibly close to my heart.
I'm passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives, creating opportunities for independence and ensuring everyone feels valued, included and supported.

Being able to turn my lifelong passion for supporting people with disabilities into something truly special. I love watching our participants grow in confidence, build friendships and achieve things they never thought possible. Seeing the smiles on their faces and knowing we're making a positive difference is what makes it all worthwhile!

Hi, I'm Tom! I wear a couple of different hats here at JACE Ability, working as both a Support Worker and our Business Development Manager!
I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals, building genuine connections and creating opportunities for everyone to feel included, supported and independent.

Hi, I'm Dom! I'm all about bringing positive energy, having a laugh and making sure everyone feels welcome and included.

Office Manager
A Little About Me:
Hi, I'm Cat! I'm the Office Manager and resident all-rounder here at JACE Ability - which basically means you'll find me doing a little bit of everything!
From keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and organising our exciting events at The Social Hangout to chatting with participants, families and support coordinators, I'm always on the go!

Getting to build something special alongside my family and watching all our hard work and crazy ideas come to life! I love the creative side of JACE, from planning fun activities to finding new ways to bring people together. But the best part is knowing that what we're creating is so much more than just a business - it's a place where people can feel welcomed, make friends, build confidence and truly belong. Seeing our participants enjoying themselves and knowing I've played a little part in making that happen makes it all worthwhile!
